Artisanal cheese factory producing sheep, cow and goat cheese from Trás-os-Montes, produced with meticulously controlled steps, resulting in the production of an excellent cheese.

We currently have several varieties of cheeses under the Bornes e Montesinhos brand: goat cheese, natural sheep cheese and cow and sheep cheese with rosemary, oregano, spice and walnut flavorings.
